Enquiries, quotes and services

Contact details, service address, problem description and any photos or videos you choose to send are used to answer your request, prepare a quote, organise work and provide aftercare. Processing is based on requested pre-contractual steps and contract performance. Billing records are retained as required by law. Access is limited to authorised people and providers needed for the service.

Information is retained as necessary for the request and contractual relationship, and where needed for applicable statutory retention or limitation periods. Do not send unrelated personal information.

Contact form and third-party services

The project form prepares an email in your mail application. You must review and send it yourself; opening a draft does not establish receipt by TFK. WhatsApp and Google have their own terms and privacy policies, and depending on the service data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Optional audience measurement

When activated on this website, Google measurement services load only after consent. Accepting and refusing are equally easy; use “Cookies” to change your choice. Advertising features remain disabled. Your choice is saved locally for up to 180 days. Without consent, this mechanism does not load Google measurement services.

The prepared measurement covers page views and contact clicks, not message text, photos, service addresses or a typed phone number. A click is not a completed service. Activation and retention must match the settings of the service actually connected.

Security and your rights

Technical information necessary to operate and secure the website may be processed based on the legitimate interest in providing a functioning service. Applicable access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and conditional portability rights may be exercised via secretariat@tfk-serrurier.fr. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the French supervisory authority, CNIL.
