If the same problem returns within one year because of a TFK error, we cover the necessary corrective work, including travel, parts and labour, at no charge.
Contact us on WhatsApp for an initial reply within 48 working hours. A return visit or repair is arranged separately. Terms depend on the service; this corrective commitment does not cover every equipment fault.

What is the difference between a slammed and a locked door?
A slammed door has closed without a turn of the key. A locked door requires a different assessment and has its own price range.
Do I need a whole new lock?
Not necessarily. Depending on the issue and compatibility, replacing the cylinder may be enough. Options are explained in the quote.
How do I choose the right service?
Choose the situation closest to yours. If unsure, send a photo on WhatsApp: the scope will be clarified before you agree.
Can I decline the quote?
Declining or cancelling before travel is free of charge. Conditions for declining after travel must be clarified before the visit.
Can extra charges be added?
Not without prior information and explicit agreement. If further assessment changes the work, the new amount must be accepted before that work starts.
