If the same problem returns within one year because of a TFK error, we cover the necessary corrective work, including travel, parts and labour, at no charge.
Contact us on WhatsApp for an initial reply within 48 working hours. A return visit or repair is arranged separately. Terms depend on the service; this corrective commitment does not cover every equipment fault.

Why specify floor-standing or wall-hung?
Access to the mechanism and the parts may differ. A photo of the toilet and flush control helps prepare the repair.
Are parts included?
For a simple toilet leak (€80–150 incl. VAT), float valve (€90–160), full floor-standing flush mechanism (€100–200) or wall-hung mechanism (€150–250), travel, parts and labour are included. Time-related terms must be clarified before agreement.
Can I decline the quote?
Declining or cancelling before travel is free of charge. Conditions for declining after travel must be clarified before the visit.
Can extra charges be added?
Not without prior information and explicit agreement. If further assessment changes the work, the new amount must be accepted before that work starts.
