If the same problem returns within one year because of a TFK error, we cover the necessary corrective work, including travel, parts and labour, at no charge.
Contact us on WhatsApp for an initial reply within 48 working hours. A return visit or repair is arranged separately. Terms depend on the service; this corrective commitment does not cover every equipment fault.

Which plumbing issues do you cover?
We handle private plumbing leaks, standard drain unblocking and toilet repairs. Specialist leak investigations and jetting trucks are not included in these ranges.
How can I prepare my request?
Tell us which fixture is affected, whether water is still running and whether several drains are affected. Add a photo and your address.
How do I choose the right service?
Choose the situation closest to yours. If unsure, send a photo on WhatsApp: the scope will be clarified before you agree.
Can I decline the quote?
Declining or cancelling before travel is free of charge. Conditions for declining after travel must be clarified before the visit.
Can extra charges be added?
Not without prior information and explicit agreement. If further assessment changes the work, the new amount must be accepted before that work starts.
