How much does opening a door cost?
A door pulled shut, but not locked with a key: €120–€180 including VAT, maximum €180 even at night. A door locked with a key: €150–€240 including VAT for opening and call-out. Any replacement lock or cylinder needs a separate approved quote.
What are your toilet repair prices?
Call-out, parts and labour included: simple toilet leak €80–€150 including VAT; float valve €90–€160; complete floor-standing toilet flush mechanism €100–€200; wall-hung toilet flush mechanism €150–€250. Time-related terms must be clarified before agreement. The simple toilet leak range is separate from our general private-property leak repair range of €120–€180.
Do you attend at night, and how soon?
Contact us for available attendance options and the estimated time for your address. The price is confirmed for your situation. For a door pulled shut, the maximum remains €180 including VAT, even at night.
Can I decline the quote or cancel?
Yes. Declining the quote or cancelling before we set off is free of charge. This does not mean an already completed call-out is free: ask about the applicable conditions before confirming.
Can my insurer reimburse the cost?
It depends on your home insurance or payment-card cover, excess, exclusions and any prior formalities. Contact your assistance service before committing if required. An appropriate invoice lets you submit a claim but does not guarantee reimbursement.
What if the problem returns after a repair?
Contact TFK on WhatsApp with a photo or video. If the problem is attributable to a TFK error, necessary corrective work is covered for one year, including call-out, parts and labour. Initial reply within 48 working hours; any return visit or repair is arranged separately.
